What really happened back in the first century, in Jerusalem and around the lake of Galilee, that changed the shape of world history? Who is this figure that emerges from history to have a profound impact on culture, ethics, politics and philosophy? Come with historian John Dickson on this six-episode journey through the life of Jesus, from birth to his reported resurrection.

Over the six sessions of the course, you will have the chance to read and discuss one of Jesus' ancient biographies, the Gospel according to Luke.

You don't need to know anything about the Bible; you won't be asked to read aloud, pray, or sing; you can ask any questions you want. Or, if you prefer, you can just come along and listen.
